Reception very good, good service.
The location is perfect, in front of the train station, and breakfast is goo, but the internet works only at the reception, and not as advertised. The reception is very nice, but the bedroom was worse than most hostels I have been. Only in Russia a hotel like that could call itself an "executive" hotel!
Location, a short walk from the railway station. Good breakfast.
The "economy rooms" are, in fact, a whole floor of decayed "unrenovated" units that no business class hotel in a country other than Russia would consider renting out. Mine had a bad smell and I had to keep the window open though it was minus twenty five. Also, ther was no wi-fi in the rooms or lobby. I had to go to the (quite nice) cafe, on the ground floor. The "renovated" rooms, at about 100 euro, seemed bad value for a place like Ekaterinburg.
good location, near the central train station
i not recommend because outside the hotel is beautiful, the pictures look good, but in reality is horrendous. The hotel was under renovation, no hot water and bathrooms that seem scary movie.
The location was ok.
The room was not as described on the website. The lobby was fine and repaired, but everything else was not. The walls and the ceiling were dropping white dust and the bathroom was not in acceptable condition. wc seat did not work properly. The free laundry service coloured all our white clothes pink without any apologies. The window was covered with a huge Sony advertisement due to the repairings made outside it very early each morning. Even all the cheapest hostels and homestays we used during our trip were in better condition and the staff more friendly.
Found staff very helpful, english speaking . Location good as opposite rail station and bus/tram to city center. Breakfast good in cafe by hotel. Very pleasant stay.
Location, reasonably refreshed rooms, nice looking ladies at reception ).. Free WiFi. Good beer in the bar. Breakfast is ok. We appreciated efforts to make this hotel providing good value for money - it is indeed not bad comparing with 3* hotels in Europe.
Wc sink suddenly stopped flushing water after couple of "successful" flushes. After call to reception they promised to call a plumber and fix it promptly. After second call they promised to fix it again. We had to do some stuff, but when we came later at night to our room the sink was not fixed. We reminded their promise - "Oh yes , wait few minutes". And nothing happens ). We asked to change our room. Looked on the new room - it was full of smoke from cigarettes. Finally, 3rd room was ok. Our room was quite dark at night. No good restaurants around apart from "good value" cafeterias.
Although the hotel is located far from the historic center, but to get to anywhere in the city from a very simple front of the hotel tram and trolley-buses, railway station, 5 minutes walk Metro station. Room price includes a good "smorgasbord" in the hotel corridors are water coolers.
I've stayed at this hotel earlier since staff was less friendly; Room dirty (in my room on the floor carpet was black smudge, although bathroom, bed and towels were clean); refrigerator in the room was quite noisy, just periodically was the sound of water in the pipes; tv shows poorly because of the constantly drop the antenna cable. I would like to note that overall the hotel is still higher than most hotels in Russia.
I was satisfied with people working there anf lunch in the morning. Everything is ok. Thanx a lot!!! thus prices meet quality.
Handy location for station, very basic rooms, OK breakfast, staff spoke English
good only bussines room good wi-fi
so many people wait staf on reseption standart room is terribly
This hotel was in a great location, across the road from the railway station. The breakfast was lovely, probably one of the best we had in Russia.
It has good location near railway station. Budget-friendly.
It was crowded at registration, and there was not enough stuff to solve it.
Very good location close to the railway station and near to city center.
No air conditioning in the rooms, which make the saty in summer months just impossible. They can't even offer a fan to room.
There is nothing to like about this hotel
The hotel was not at all clean , the staff was not friendly at all .
